My file conversion failed — what should I do? ▾

First try refreshing the page and uploading again. Make sure your file is under 10MB (free plan). If the issue persists, email us at hello@convertmate.in with your file type and the error message you saw.

I paid for Pro but it's not working — help! ▾

Please email us at hello@convertmate.in with your Razorpay payment ID and we'll manually activate your Pro account within 2 hours.

Can I get a refund? ▾

Yes! We offer a 7-day refund policy for first-time subscribers. Email hello@convertmate.in with your payment ID within 7 days of payment.

Is my data safe? ▾

Absolutely. All uploaded files are permanently deleted within 1 hour. We never read or share your files. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
